Blurring the lines between art and community, ALEO’s intimate spaces foster an ideal setting for private events, corporate meetings, retreats, and more.

The Amenities

Whether on a corporate retreat or simply visiting town, all guests can indulge in ALEO’s varied communal spaces which include a living room, a library with a working, Pewabic-clad fireplace, a spacious ten-seat dining room, a year-round sunroom, an oversized patio with sweeping views of the Charles McGee Legacy Park, and a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen available for private dining upon request. In addition, guests will enjoy a light breakfast provided by WARDA, two complimentary bikes, access to over 3-acres of public greenspace, and entry to the Shepherd’s ongoing exhibitions.

The Eats

For bites and drinks, ALEO’s guests are encouraged to check out our neighborhood food partners, WARDA and Father Forgive Me. At WARDA, James Beard-award winning chef, Warda Bouguettaya, begins her second chapter with a new pâtisserie housed at the adjacent BridgeHouse. Just steps away from ALEO, Father Forgive Me will serve cocktails and drinks within the former garage of the Shepherd.
